About Us Structure
Aussie Broadband Pty Ltd is a privately held company and is the parent company for the Aussie group. Aussie Broadband has two wholly owned subsidiaries, being Westvic Broadband Pty Ltd and Wideband Networks Pty Ltd.
Wideband Networks Pty Ltd holds the carrier license for the group.
We offer services under all three brands in the different geographic areas where those brands are well known. Wideband is recognised and respected in Gippsland, as is Westvic Broadband in Western Victoria. In all other areas we are known as Aussie Broadband.
Phillip Britt, John Reisinger and Ian Watson are Directors of all three companies. Please see the Management Team page for more information on the Directors.
