Warranty Information - 12 month advanced replacement warranty

One of the greatest benefits of purchasing a modem directly from Aussie Broadband is the advanced replacement warranty. If your modem is deemed to be faulty within its warranty period, Aussie Broadband will organize an immediate replacement. We will try and minimize your down time as best we can; alternative services can be provided whilst you await replacement hardware.

All hardware devices supplied by Aussie Broadband come preconfigured. Once it arrives, simply plug it in and you're online! If you already own a modem and need it configured, you can call our friend support staff who will assist you over the phone. Alternatively, you can stop by one of our offices and we will configure it for you for a once-off fee of $25.

We also offer the convenience of an onsite installation for a once-off fee of $120. Take the hassle out of connecting your internet service. All of our offices have fully trained and qualified technicians who are able to meet your expectations. Please note that this service is only available to customers in certain areas.
