Service Level Guarantee
Aussie Broadband Business Broadband carries a service level guarantee of a 2 hour response from an Aussie Broadband engineer and an 8 hour restoration time in the event of a failure during business hours.
What is Annex M
Annex M is an extension of ADSL2+ technology. An ADSL2+ connection with Annex M applied will give you up 2MB upstream on the connection. ADSL2 + itself only gives you up to 1MB upstream on the connection.

Additional IP Addresses

Business Broadband support is available from 8:00am to 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and 10:00am to 4:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
