What is Annex M
Annex M is an extension of ADSL2+ technology. An ADSL2+ connection with Annex M applied will give you up 2MB upstream on the connection. ADSL2 + itself only gives you up to 1MB upstream on the connection.

Additional IP Addresses
Additional IP addresses can be assigned free of charge on Aussie Broadband Corporate Broadband Connections.
IP Addresses need to be justified under APNIC policy and applications for address space will be requested to provide a list of internal hosts that require public IP addresses and an explanation of why NAT will not provide suitable connectivity.
