Things you should know:
- Aussie Broadband VoIP is not recommended for people who require Priority Assistance and should not be considered a standard telephone service. VoIP should be considered as a secondary phone line and not a primary service.
- This service will not work without power.
- As VoIP utilises your Broadband connection, any interruption to your internet connection will affect VoIP. Unfortunately, problems with the network arise from time to time and, while we endeavour to fix these problems as soon as possible, those people that rely on VoIP more than others will ultimately be affected most. This is why we recommend that you maintain another fixed line service or mobile phone with signal available as your primary line, particularly in the case of an emergency.
