The Australia Government's Australian Broadband Guarantee provides an affordable Broadband service to all households and small businesses.
Aussie Broadband is an approved provider of Australian Broadband Guarantee compliant Wireless services, and offers both new and upgrade services to customers in Gippsland, Western Victoria and parts of South Australia.
Any Australian resident or small business may be eligible for a subsidised service under the Australian Broadband Guarantee program, if they don't have access to a metro-comparable service.
You are able to check the availability of Broadband services in your area by registering your details on the Broadband Service Locator, alternatively, Aussie Broadband is able to register you.
The Department will conduct checks with relevant Internet Service Providers and send you an Australian Broadband Guarantee Service pack in the mail. This will include information on whether your premises can receive a subsidised service under the Australian Broadband Guarantee. Information for companies interested in registering to become providers under the Australian Broadband Guarantee is available on the Department’s website.
