All Plans Include:
- Always-on connection;
- Super fast speeds 24/7;
- Static IP Address (1 only);
- 5 email addresses;
- 20 Megabytes of home page storage; and
- No Lock In Contract!
Things you should know:
- Peak data is used between 7am and Midnight, Off-Peak is Midnight to 7am.
- Data allowances and fees are based on anniversary date.
- Speed is expressed as kilobits per second (kbps) download/upload.
- By default, your connection will be shaped (slowed) to 64K/64K when your data limit is reached with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES and this shaping will be reset on the next monthly anniversary for the start of the new period. If you would like to keep your connection at full speed all the time you can elect to pay for data at an excess rate of 2 cents per megabyte once the data limit is exceeded. Our shaping service is designed to provide access to web browsing and email and is not intended for continuous use applications like file sharing. If continuous use applications are used while shaped, further restrictions to this type of traffic may be applied.
- ‘Data allowance’ refers to both uploaded and downloaded data.
- You may log into your account to check your data usage at any time. Usage is updated every 15 minutes.
- All plans include 5 email addresses in the form of username@aussiebroadband.com.au
- You may switch between plans without a plan change fee; just pay the difference in monthly plan costs. (only available as of your monthly anniversary date).
- All radio and antenna hardware provided as part of the installation remains the property of Aussie Broadband. We provide a full warranty on this equipment for as long as you remain a customer of Aussie Broadband. Should you cancel this service, Aussie Broadband will arrange to have the equipment removed from the property.
