The Sale & District Greyhound Racing Club is a lot more than just a Greyhound Racing Club.
They provide a complete package of Family Entertainment with First Class facilities including Restaurant, Café, Bingo, Club TAB & Function and Conference Facilities.
The Club had ongoing issues with their ADSL Broadband service. Broadband speeds slowed to the point where services were unusable & they were advised due the quality of copper there was nothing that could be done to improve the service. The Club had also tried to implement Public WiFi service for patrons but had to suspend this service due to the poor Broadband speeds.
The Club also had issues with the phone lines & phone system. Again due to issues with existing copper lines there were constant call drop outs & call quality issues, to the point that was very frustrating for staff & also patrons calling the venue.
Venue Manager Peter Johnston consulted with Aussie Broadband to find a solution to their ongoing issues.
Aussie Broadband’s team recommended a Licensed Microwave Corporate Broadband Solution which provided a Corporate Grade symmetrical service with SLA and 1:1 contention ratio which would solve all ongoing issues.
Aussie Broadband’s team also recommended & then installed a Hosted PABX Phone System. This included new Handsets & a Dedicated Voice Service (delivered by Licensed Microwave as well). The Dedicated Voice Service provides professional grade voice quality & call dropouts and quality issues have now been solved. The Hosted PABX has also provided Auto Attendant, In Dial Numbers, Internal Extensions & Personalised Voice Mail now provide Sale & District Greyhound Racing Club with a professional solution.
Peter is pleased with the outcome since the Licensed Microwave & Hosted PABX solutions have been implemented, it has solved his constant & ongoing issues. The benefits are now being felt for not only internal staff but also patrons & external clients alike.
