Aussie Broadband’s new business online signup is a game changer

October 9th, 2019.

Today Aussie Broadband announced a full end-to-end online signup for enterprise NBN services.

The company already provides online signup for residential and small businesses, but now Aussie Broadband is extending its services to bigger businesses, corporate and government clients.

Aussie has become one of the first telecommunications companies ever to do this.

“We’re very excited to announce these changes,” said General Manager Sales Aaron O’Keeffe.

“This is definitely a game changer. No other telco has done this before – to this level.”

One of the key benefits is that business customers will be able to see the plans and prices of all products online.

“We value transparency, which is why we’re happy to make this information available to our customers. They will also be able to customise their service and purchase enterprise products entirely online. We believe this has never been done before,” said Aaron.

“We know that one of the biggest challenges for all businesses, from SME’s through to enterprise customers, is the time and complexity ordering services from the Big 4. We’re here to make it easy for anyone to sign up for business telco services.”

“Even large customers can now build their own enterprise NBN network, including multi-site businesses building an internet-only or private IP network, without waiting.”

“And, if they would like to speak to someone, one of our all-Australian support team will be there, ready to help.”

Businesses can customise their services using a slider to select the bandwidth they need at each location. Aussie Broadband supports both asymmetrical and symmetrical NBN services up to 1Gbps, including NBN Enterprise Ethernet.

In addition, the company fully supports all NBN traffic classes for companies with business-critical applications (such as videoconferencing and cloud access), voice and general data usage.

Enterprise plan builder

Aaron noted that almost 90% of residential and small business NBN orders are now fully automated. He said they’ve now built something similar with Enterprise, meaning an NBN service can be connected without any staff member needing to touch the order.

The company says this helps to improve their business processes, whilst enhancing the customer experience. The automated system are supported by a team of business NBN specialists, all based in Australia.

With the NBN roll out across Australia near completion, many businesses are now looking for more cost-effective, high-speed broadband solutions on Australia’s newest network. Aussie Broadband provides services to customers in all locations nationally.

Aaron also highlighted that being ahead of the game and bringing new products and solutions to our customers is what Aussie Broadband is all about.

“We’ve always been a company that likes to do things differently. You tell us that something can’t be done, and we’ll generally find a way to do it.”
