Follow the steps to configure your POP3 email account under Microsoft Outlook 2003

Step 1 – Open Microsoft Outlook

Step 2 – Click Tools and select Email Accounts

Step 3 – Select Add a new e-mail account, then click Next

Step 4 – Select POP3 and click Next

Step 5 – Enter the following information:

User Information:

  • Display Name
  • Email Address
  • Server Information:

    • Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.aussiebroadband.com.au
    • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.aussiebroadband.com.au

    Logon Information:

    • Username (Your full email address)
    • Password
