How to set up MyAussie on the portal
1. Open your Step 1 Order Confirmation e-mail from Aussie Broadband.
2. Find the MyAussie log-in information under Track your Application section of your email.
3. Click the password link to set up your new password. If the link does not work, call customer service on 1300 880 905.
4. Set your password. Your password must contain the following:
- 10 letters or numbers
- at least 1 uppercase letter
- at least 1 number
Note: Your password can not include the word password.
4. Your username is located below the password link in the Step 1 E-mail.
5. Go to my.aussiebroadband.com.au
6. Log into your account with your username and password.
