Static IP

We offer static IP bolt-on as a $5 per month option for residential customers that require an IP address that won’t change without notice. Static IP’s are best used for services that require the local IP address to be manually configured in the router/device settings. This can include services such as mail servers, security cameras, and port forwarding. This bolt-on can be applied to an active service in the MyAussie or by calling our sales or customer service teams on 1300 880 905.

Note: Our static IP bolt-on is already included in our small business plans for ease.
