Aussie Broadband offers technical support for all of its products. You can log a fault on your service by calling 1300 880 905 between the hours of 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Saturday, 10am to 6pm Sundays, and 10am to 4pm public holidays excluding Christmas day.

If you would like to log a fault by email you can email firstname.lastname@example.org but please note our preferred method of fault logging is by phone.
