give Aussie Broadband Limited and its related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) (Aussie Broadband), a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use my image, likeness and sound of my voice in any format including audio, video or still image (the Recordings). I understand that the Recordings may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product.
I confirm that the licence, waiver and release I grant in this release form are granted voluntarily and I understand that my refusal will not affect my employment, engagement, involvement or participation with Aussie Broadband unless appearing in a recording is genuinely necessary for the relevant activity. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or relating to the use of my Recordings now or in the future.
I understand that my Recordings may be used for business, marketing, training and education, recruitment, internal and external communications, media, social media, website, community and promotional purposes in Australia or overseas and at any time (including after my employment, engagement, involvement or participation with Aussie Broadband ends). Examples of such uses include presentations, courses, online/internet content, news and advertising and promotional material.
I understand that in the event that I have genuine concerns about the future use of the Recordings, I may request that Aussie Broadband discontinue or limit future use of the Recordings and such request will be considered by Aussie Broadband in good faith and at its sole discretion. Any request of this nature may be submitted to Aussie Broadband via [email protected]. I understand that I am unable to make such a request in respect of any use already made, materials already published and materials which Aussie Broadband cannot reasonably withdraw.
The Recordings will be handled in accordance with Aussie Broadband’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) and applicable privacy laws.
I agree to release Aussie Broadband and its advisors, consultants, agents, officers and employees, including any entity publishing and/or distributing the Recordings in whole or in part, and in any format in any medium, from any claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to the authorised use of the Recordings in accordance with this release form.
By signing this release form, I acknowledge that I have read in full and understand the above licence, waiver and release and agree to be bound by these terms.
If this licence, waiver and release is given by an individual under the age of 18, then consent of their parent or legal guardian is also required.
