Yes, customers can transfer Starlink services from another provider to be managed by Aussie Broadband as an Aussie Broadband Starlink service.

At this stage, Aussie Broadband does not offer residential Starlink services.

Aussie Broadband offers Starlink services on 12, 24, or 36-month contract terms.

Yes, Starlink hardware can be amortised over the contract term or be purchased outright. Starlink accessories, delivery charges, and professional installations cannot be amortised and must be paid upfront.

No, any unused priority data does not carry over to the next month/bill cycle and is forfeited.

Yes. As any service plan change has a commercial impact, your Aussie Broadband Account Manager will need to arrange an order to effect the change and inform you of any additional or pro-rata charges.

Yes, delivery fees will apply for all equipment shipped to any customer or field services provider in Australia. In most cases this will be a fixed fee per Starlink kit, inclusive of any accessories if applicable. Delivery fees may also apply for the supply of just accessories.

Self-install of Aussie Broadband Starlink services will take between 15 and 40 days depending on location. Professional Installation timelines may vary, and an installation timeline will be provided along with your quote.

Aussie Broadband endeavours to complete installations as quickly and efficiently as possible, however some factors can be outside of our control and may delay the installation. These include:

• Building management and/or land access approvals to install the service
• Capacity constraints in the installation of a new service, as advised by Starlink
• Transport delays to site
• Delays in readiness of in-building cabling
• Major weather delays

The Starlink kit provides everything you need to set up your new internet service. However, customers may choose to use additional hardware to integrate their new Starlink service with their SD-WAN solution. Your Aussie Broadband Account Manager can work with you to provide an SD-WAN solution based on your requirements.

Alternatively, customers may opt to supply their own hardware. In this case Aussie Broadband recommends purchasing the Starlink Ethernet Adapter which enables visibility of service data via the Starlink portal while providing you with connection to 3rd party devices.

In both above scenarios there will be additional installation requirements that will be done outside of the Starlink kit installation.
