hours (8am - 8pm AEST Monday to Friday or 10am - 6pm AEST
Saturday) activation may be deferred until the following business

Your SIM should activate automatically when it is ready. This
process normally takes 10-15 minutes, but can be longer (it's a
complex process!)
If you are getting a new number you can now insert your new SIM into
your device. You may need to turn your device off, wait 10 seconds,
and then turn it back on again for the device to register the new
settings.
If you are porting an existing number you should keep using your old
SIM until it stops working, and then insert your new SIM into your
device.
We'll send you an email when the activation is complete, along with
your first invoice for the plan.
