We don't charge standard connection fees for our internet services. Although, if you're in a new property development or require additional installation work, internet may apply extra charges which will be clearly shown during the sign-up process before issuing any charges. We understand you can’t go without internet, so we make switching easy and hassle-free. If you’re already connected to the Opticomm network, your connection can roll over in as little as 15 minutes, although we generally allow up to 48 hours to work through any unforeseen issues. For nbn®, if you’re already connected, installation typically happens within 1–5 days. If you’ve never been connected to the nbn®, you’ll likely need an nbn® technician appointment, which usually takes 2–4 weeks. The technician will visit your property to install any required equipment before we connect your service.

Powered by the Optus Network, the mobile product of Aussie Broadband provides 4G coverage that reaches 99.1% of the Australian population. 5G coverage is being rolled out and currently only available in selected areas (excl.
