You can share data across devices on the same Aussie Broadband account using data pooling. Direct data transfer between SIMs is not supported, but pooled data ensures efficient usage. Data pooling for 5G mobile plans on the same profile only.

How can I monitor mobile broadband data usage for my business?

To monitor your mobile broadband data usage, this can easily be tracked via the MyAussie® app Opens in a new tab . Simply log into the app, click 'Services' > 'Mobile'. You will be able to see the days remaining in the cycle, and the data usage.

What happens when I reach my data allowance limit, and how can I recharge or top up?

When you hit your plan's data limit, you won't be charged any additional fees, but your download and upload speeds will be capped at 1.5Mbps. You can purchase a top-up via the MyAussie portal Opens in a new tab or app Opens in a new tab to tide you over until your next plan month.

How many devices can connect to mobile broadband?
