When you order your new service, we’ll send you a new modem that’s set up and ready to go, then organise your nbn® connection appointment for you. Once that’s happened, you plug in your new modem and you’re good to go!
Sadly, many Australian telcos use overseas call centres with staff that are hard to understand. Not at Aussie Broadband – we only hire Australian staff, and they’re all based in our own call centres here in Australia.
