How to manage your Aussie Broadband mobile service Last Updated: Wednesday 22 July 2026
Most changes to your mobile service can be made through the MyAussie app or web portal . From checking your usage and changing plans to replacing your SIM and managing settings, you'll find everything you need below.
Managing your plans adding a new mobile service You can add a new mobile service through the MyAussie app or portal.
From the Services screen, choose Add a service .
Select Mobile .
Choose your SIM type and plan before filling in your details to complete the order.
We'll send your SIM card to the address you provided.
If you've ordered eSIM, we'll send an activation email shortly after ordering.
changing your mobile plan Looking to switch plans?
In Services select the mobile service you're wanting to change.
Under Manage your plan, hit the arrow next to Current plan.
Select your new plan from the options listed.
Upgrading your plan? You can choose to have changes implemented immediately or on your next billing date.
Plan downgrades will come into effect from your next billing date.
If you're running low on monthly data, you can purchase additional data by selecting Add more data under Manage your plan.
checking your data usage You can see your data usage at-a-glance in MyAussie by selecting your mobile service on Services .
To see detailed usage, including roaming usage, click Detailed usage under Data usage .
Keep in mind:
Usage information may be up to 48 hours behind.
If you use all your included data, speeds will be shaped to 1.5Mbps until your allowance renews or you purchase additional data.
Managing your service settings You can manage your mobile service’s voice, messaging, and data settings in MyAussie.
In Services , select the mobile service you're wanting to change.
Under Manage your service , select Service settings .
Select the switch next to your desired settings to enable or disable it.
Click Update unsaved changes to confirm any changes.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs) what is wi‑fi calling and how do i enable it? Wi‑Fi Calling lets you make and receive calls, SMS, and MMS over a Wi‑Fi connection when mobile coverage is limited. To turn it on:
Apple iOS
Open Settings
Search for “Wi‑Fi Calling” and select Wi-Fi Calling, or, select Apps , Phone , and then Wi-Fi Calling under Calls.
Click the toggle next to Wi ‑ Fi Calling on This iPhone .
Android
Open Settings .
Search for “ Wi ‑ Fi Calling” , or go to Connections or Network & Internet .
Tap Wi ‑ Fi Calling .
Turn Wi ‑ Fi Calling on. Please note: menu names may vary depending on your device model and software version.
why am i having issues with mobile data? If your mobile data isn’t working properly, try these troubleshooting steps:
Make sure mobile data is turned on in your device settings.
Check that Flight Mode is turned off.
Restart your device.
Check your data usage in the MyAussie app or web portal to make sure you haven't used all of your included data.
Make sure you're in an area with mobile coverage or there are no mobile outages.
can i use premium sms messages? Premium SMS messages are currently not supported on our mobile services.
