How many services can I have with a sponsorship discount?

A Maximum of 10 services on an account can have the Sponsorship discount.

How long will my sponsorship last?

Sponsorship promo codes expire after 12 months. Sponsorships can be made ongoing after 12 months by contacting our team. For sponsorship to continue, you may be required to reconfirm your charity or NFP status every 12 months and complete a feedback survey.

What is the 'Refer a Supporter' benefit?

On sign up, your organisation will receive a special promo code which you can use to refer others to our services. When you refer a supporter to join Aussie Broadband quoting the code, it will generate a $50 credit to the new customer, and a $50 credit payment to your organisation.

As part of our Pledge 1% commitment, we offer discounts on selected internet and technology services to not-for-profit (NFP) organisations, charities, and groups. Our community sponsorship program supports a range of groups, including emergency services such as fire brigades and SES groups, sporting clubs, Scout groups, and other non-for-profit groups and associations.

You can apply for our discounted services if you are:
