A little goes a long way
Here at Aussie Broadband, community is extremely important to us, so we’ve teamed up with Small Change Big Change to help build resilient young Australians. We’re giving our customers the choice to add an optional $1 donation on their bill every month because their small change can make a big change to those who need it most.
The money raised through the Small Change Big Change program goes towards a range of community partners who are delivering education and mental health outcomes for young Australians.
You can add a monthly donation of $1 to your invoice through your MyAussie app or portal or by calling customer service on 1300 880 905. If you’d like to learn more about the program, or the charities which it supports, follow the links below.
Small Change Big Change is all about the little changes each person can make that together makes a big difference to people in need. We understand there are many other amazing charities out there that also need support. A little change now will go a long way in the future.

Can I donate more than $1?
Not through us at this time, however, you can get involved directly with the Telco Together Foundation through volunteer or fundraising, workplace giving, or registering for skills exchange here: https://www.telcotogether.org/get-involved/
Is this tax deductible?
No, according to the ATO donations must be a minimum of $2 to claim as a tax deduction.
Where are my donations going?
All donations go to the Telco Together Foundation, which is a registered charity that supports Aussies in need including indigenous communities, homelessness, hunger, mental wellbeing, and unemployment and disadvantaged youth.
The following charities have been awarded as beneficiaries due to their unique approach in addressing challenges while holding the highest of integrity and financial transparency: ReachOut, Red Dust and Beacon Foundation.
Are there any extra fees associated with my donation?
No, there are no extra fees or GST on your donation.
Does Aussie Broadband keep a portion of the donations?
No, 100% of the donations go to the Telco Together Small Change Big Change foundation.
Why did you choose to contribute to Small Change Big Change?
The Small Change Big Change foundation aligns with our core values of being good to people. As we started planning out our next 3 years, we realised that we wanted to do more when it came to being good to people. It’s not just about satisfied customers at the end of the day, it’s about extending a helping hand to those in need whether they are customers, friends, neighbours, farmers, youth, or people in need. It’s about Aussies helping Aussies and our desire to help make a difference in someone’s life.
