Kevin has extensive experience across the telecommunications, construction, automotive, and agricultural industries in a range of IT management, customer service focussed, and administration positions. He joined Aussie Broadband in 2014 to lead its technical support operations, became General Manager Customer Service in 2018, and Chief Customer Officer in 2022. Kevin’s detailed and practical approach to customer experience influences all parts of the business in support of residential, small business and corporate/enterprise customers. He has 35 years of experience in Information Technology, as well as ITIL and Microsoft System Engineer certifications.
