Business Bereavement Support & Change of Signing Authority

We’re sorry for your loss and we would like to make it as easy as possible for you to manage their account.

Business Bereavement only applies to Sole Trader customers of Aussie Broadband who have passed away. If the account is under Sole ownership, the “Business Bereavement” form will need to be completed.

This form will ask you if you require to transfer the account or close the account.

Who can complete the form?

-The deceased’s next of kin.

-A lawyer or solicitor administering the will.

-The Executor, Trustee, or Administrator of the estate.

-Power of attorney.

For companies who hold an ACN or companies with dual/multi ownership and where the current Aussie Broadband account holder has passed away; a secondary owner of authority will need to complete the “Change of Signing Authority” form.

Who can complete the form?

-Secondary ABN/ACN/Business Owner

-CEO

-Chief/General Manager

Once you have completed the form, you will need to send an email to [email protected] and attach the relevant form (Business Bereavement or Change of Signing Authority). Please add the form name as your subject line.

Once you have sent the form back to Aussie Broadband, you will receive notification that it has been received. Once the transfer/closure has been completed, you will receive another confirmation of the completed request.
