How to report a fault in MyAussie

First, head over to the MyAussie app or website.
To report a fault, head to the Support tab at the bottom, then click or tap on Report a Fault.
Alternatively, you can go to the Home tab, then scroll down until you see Faults and click on the arrow ( > ) next to it. The next page will have a button to Report a Fault.
Once you’ve selected Report a Fault, MyAussie will automatically run a Self Test. If there’s something wrong with the service, it will let you know that there’s an issue and ask you to add some notes before raising a fault with us.
Once you’ve raised the new fault, a member of our team will get in contact with you via MyAussie to help, so make sure you check back for any updates.
