If you have recently ordered a new SIM, you can track your application through our MyAussie online portal or app (downloadable free of charge for both Apple and Android devices).
All you need to do is login using your password and username to either the online portal or app and your application progress will be on the first page.

Please Note: If you are porting your existing number outside standard porting hours (8am – 8pm AEST Monday to Friday or 10am – 6pm AEST Saturday), activation may be deferred until the following business day. You will still be able to use your old SIM in the meantime.
