1. About the MyAussie® app
The MyAussie app is owned and operated by Aussie Broadband Limited (ACN 132 090 192). Our registered address is Level 1, 14-22 Grey Street, Traralgon, VIC 3844 (“Aussie Broadband”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the MyAussie app (“app”), either through your mobile operating system or a browser. This includes any information, content, graphics, videos, features, and other material available through it.
By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
We are responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. No third party is responsible for the app or has to provide maintenance or support services.

2. Changes to these Terms of Use
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
The latest version will always be available in the app and on our website.
The latest version replaces any earlier version.
If you continue to use the app after updated Terms of Use are published, you agree to the updated version.
How we deal with changes to these Terms of Use is also outlined in our Standard Form of Agreement.
3. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously.
Any personal information collected through your use of the app or our services will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
4. How the app uses technical information
We may use cookies and similar technologies in connection with the app.
These technologies may help us:
- Remember your preferences
- Keep the app working properly
- Improve your experience
- Understand how the app is being used
You may be able to adjust your device or application settings to disable cookies or receive alerts when they are being used.
If you do, some parts of the app may not work as intended.
When you use the app, our servers may also record information such as:

6. Our rights in the app and its content
The MyAussie® app is owned and operated by us. This agreement is between you and us only.
We own, or are licensed to use, the intellectual property in:
- The app
- The content made available through it, unless we say otherwise
This includes:
- Software
- Text
- Graphics
- Logos
- Videos
- Other material in the app
The app content is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws.
Unless we expressly allow it, or the law permits it, any content from the app must not be:
- Modified
- Copied
- Reproduced
- Republished
- Framed
- Uploaded to a third party
- Posted
- Transmitted
- Distributed
All trade marks displayed in the app belong to their respective owners.
Nothing in the app gives you a licence or right to use any trade mark without the relevant owner’s written permission.
Subject to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, access and/or use the app for your personal use with respect to the service we provide to you only.
7. Third-party websites and services
The app may contain links, feeds, or frames to websites or services operated by third parties (“Third-party websites and services”).
These links are provided for convenience and information only.
We do not control Third-party websites and services, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or features.
If you access a Third-party website or service, you do so at your own risk.
A link to a Third-party website or service, or a reference to a third party’s products or services, does not mean that we:
- Endorse them
- Recommend them
- Sponsor them
- Are affiliated with them
You must comply with all applicable third-party agreements when using the app, including any terms that apply to the mobile device, operating system or app store through which the app is made available.
If you access or download the app through the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use and may enforce the provisions that apply to them.
8. Registration and security
If you create or use an account through the app, it is for your personal use.
Your account cannot be transferred unless you complete a Transfer of Ownership Form where applicable.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information about:
- Yourself
- Any entity you represent
You must keep that information up to date.
We may suspend or end your registration, or access to the app, if we reasonably suspect that:
- The information you have provided is false
- Your identity is being misused
- Your activity is fraudulent
- The app is being used in a way that is misleading or deceptive
You must keep your password and other account details secure and confidential.
You must tell us as soon as possible if you become aware of any apparent security issues, including:
- Loss
- Theft
- Misuse
- Unauthorised access to your password or account
You are responsible for activity on your account by third parties, unless and to the extent that we are at fault.
You may request deletion of your MyAussie® account by contacting us. When we process your request, we will delete or de-identify your personal information unless we are required or permitted by law to retain it.
9. Product and service information
Products and services displayed or referred to in the app contain general information about our products and services.
Unless we expressly say otherwise, that information:
- Is not an offer or inducement to enter into a legally binding contract
- Does not form part of our terms and conditions
Before deciding whether to acquire, change or continue a product or service, you should read:

10. Disclaimer
We take reasonable steps to help ensure that information in the app is accurate and suitable for use.
However, we do not guarantee that the app, its content, or any Third-Party Websites will always be:
- Accurate
- Complete
- Available
- Uninterrupted
- Timely
- Secure
- Error-free
We also take reasonable steps to help protect the app and its content from viruses and other harmful code.
However, we do not guarantee that the app, its content, the servers used to operate it, or any Third-Party Websites will be free from viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful material.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from your use of, or inability to use, any Third-Party Websites.
Third-Party Websites are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes any rights you may have under Australian law that cannot be excluded.
11. Changes to the app
We may modify, suspend, discontinue or remove:
