Aussie Broadband’s award-winning broadband and customer service has done it again, winning all four categories in the 2023 Mozo People’s Choice Awards. The win is the fifth year running in which Aussie Broadband has won the Connection Quality, Excellent Service and Support, Most Recommended, and Outstanding Customer Satisfaction awards for broadband services.
Over 2,500 Australians were polled in Mozo’s national survey, with Aussie Broadband nominated as the best from 44 internet providers.
"Our continued success would not be possible without the hard work of everyone at Aussie Broadband who continue to work day in and day out to ensure our customers get the best internet experience possible,” Aussie Broadband Managing Director Phillip Britt said.
“Winning such competitive awards five years running is truly a special feat. I’m truly grateful to all our staff for helping to change the telco game, and am delighted to know that hundreds of thousands of Australians continue to love and rely on the service that Aussie Broadband provides.”
“The Mozo People’s Choice Awards were developed to give Australian consumers a voice and to help other customers in their purchasing decisions and Aussie Broadband is to be congratulated on its impressive awards tally this year’s awards,” said AJ Duncanson, Mozo Director and awards adjudicator.
“Your customers can often be your harshest critics, and this is what makes these awards so highly regarded. Aussie Broadband customers rated themselves among Australia’s most satisfied and that’s a great endorsement and definitely something to crow about.”
Mozo’s results also found that Aussie Broadband has continued to maintain the highest average over the last five years compared to other providers.
For those who haven’t experienced Aussie Broadband’s award-winning service yet, Aussie Broadband is offering a great deal. New users will be able to save $240 on NBN 250 and NBN 1000 plans over 12 months, and $120 over 12 months on NBN 100 plans.
