How to refer your friends

  1. Locate your customer number on your Aussie Broadband invoice. This also acts as your referral code.
  2. Share your referral code with your friends and family. They’ll need to enter it into the ‘Referral Code’ box at the checkout, or provide it to one of our sales team if they are signing up over the phone.
  3. When a friend completes their signup and is connected to our network, you will both receive referral credits towards your next broadband bill.

When my friend signs up, how much credit do we both get?

You will get:

Residential nbn™ service $50credit per referral*
Small Business nbn™ service $100credit per referral*

Plus $50 credit for your first referral

Your friends will get:

$50 credit to their next bill^

*As soon as your friend signs up, the referral credits will automatically appear on your next monthly broadband bill. Credit amount depends on the type of nbn™ service chosen by your friend. ^Your friend will not receive a $50 credit if they also apply an active promo code during signup.
