Wholesale: Are you eligible for a Fibre Upgrade?
Have you made the switch to fibre yet?
New functionality in our Carbon portal is now available for an easy shortcut to fast, efficient fibre.
Carbon enables you view a list of all your eligible Fibre Connect eligible sites among your current base services and tap into a handy speed boost.
Start the process now with our step-by-step guide below:
Fibre means better Business Bundles
Fibre upgrades enable partners to take advantage of our highest speed tiers and access our Business Bundle packages with four-hour eSLAs.
Business Bundles offer a range of benefits beyond a speed boost, including:
| Capability | Benefits |
|---|---|
| Business-grade Technicians | Business grade technicians on all installs. Fast fault restoration supported by skilled onshore Business Service Centre and Business Grade Technicians. |
| After hours appointments on FTTX | After hours installation appointments now included with Business Services Pro and Essential for all FTTX and can be used in conjunction with Fibre Connect. |
| After hours appointments on HFC | After hours appointments enabled for HFC and included in Business Services Pro and Essential. |
| Business Service Monitoring Assurance | Monitor a service for 7 days after an assurance event where a fault was found and notify the RSP of any subsequent or repeat fault within this period. |
| Business Service Monitoring Connect | Proactive service monitoring for 7 days following a fibre connect. |
Taking advantage of business grade technicians ensures you’ve got access to someone who understands businesses needs and can do after-hours appointments with shorter completion times.
You’ll also have NBN monitoring for seven days after your connection to ensure your service is fully functional and manage any faults during that period.
