Faster nbn® Fibre upgrades incoming for Wholesale

Technician upgrading an outdoor fibre box

Faster NBN fibre upgrade ordering is coming soon to the Carbon portal for Wholesale partners.

You will be able to take advantage of a new provisioning process to upgrade eligible NBN FTTN and FTTC connections.

Right now…

Our Fibre Connect program upgrades FTTN and FTTC connections to FTTP via some support ticketing with your partner manager and an average turnaround of up to several days.

But soon…

Our improvements to Carbon will automate the FTTP upgrade process and remove the requirement to lodge requests with your Partner Manager.

Additionally, more premises will also be eligible for fibre upgrades*.

For FTTN connections, the minimum plan eligible to upgrade is 100/40Mbps, but for FTTC connections, the minimum plan eligible to upgrade has dropped to just 12/1Mbps.
