Change of Signing Authority for business accounts

Keeping your business account details up to date is important especially when there’s a change in who is authorised to manage the services. A Change of Signing Authority allows you to update the primary business contact on an Aussie Broadband account without transferring or closing the service.

This process applies to businesses with an ABN or ACN and is commonly used when responsibilities change within a company.

Who can complete the form?

-Secondary ABN/ACN/Business Owner

-CEO

-Chief/General Manager

Once you have completed the “Change of Signing Authority” form, you will need to send an email to [email protected] and attach the relevant form.

Once you have sent the form back to Aussie Broadband, you will receive notification that it has been received. Once the transfer/closure has been completed, you will receive another confirmation of the completed request.
