Do I need to cancel services with my previous provider?

No one wants a surprise in the form of a bill, so it’s always best to call up your previous provider to cancel services.

We recommend waiting until your service is active with us to do so, especially with VoIP.

Your phone number needs to remain active with your previous provider until we have successfully ported it over in order to retain your number.
