We understand if you may be struggling to make this month’s payment, or just need a few extra days from time to time.
Please call our friendly Customer Service team on 1300 880 905 to work out a payment plan that suits your needs. Alternatively, you can simply log into the MyAussie® app or website, then select the Billing tab and Request a Payment Extension.
Payment plan options include temporarily postponing your payment to partial, ongoing payments over an agreed upon time period.
