Paying a bill in MyAussie®

Paying a bill (invoice) using the MyAussie® app or webite is easy.

Once you're logged in, select the service you wish to change, then tap or click the Billing tab.

Next, tap or click the pencil icon next to Payment Method to proceed.

Then, on the following page tap or click Update Credit Card to add card details to your account.

Alternatively, you can fill out your Account Name, BSB and Account number to add a direct debit method instead. Check the details you've entered are correct, then click or tap Update to save your changes.

If you're having trouble using MyAussie®, or if you'd simply rather speak to us over the phone, we reccommend calling our Customer Service team on 1300 880 905 as soon as possible to organise an extension to avoid late fees and service restriction.
