When will my payment be processed?

You can find the debit date listed on your bill (invoice), which is usually sent to the account holder's email address. This is the date that we will attempt a charge on your nominated payment method.

You can also view any current or past invoices from the MyAussie app or website.

Please note: Depending on the type of payment method, bank holidays, and some other factors, it may take a few extra days to fully process your payment.
