Creating a new email account

You are able to create up to 5 email accounts for free with your Aussie Broadband service.
Creating a new @aussiebroadband.com.au (or @aussiebb.com.au) email address is a breeze when you follow these steps:
To create a new email account, or manage your existing email accounts, head over to the MyAussie app or website to get started.
You may be prompted to select your internet service from a list, which will take you a page where you can view your Usage and Current Plan. Look for the Emails heading, and then tap or click Manage Emails.
On the following page, click or tap Add an Email.
On the Add Email page, fill out the form as follows:
Email - Type in your desired email address, and choose from the drop-down menu if you'd prefer @aussiebroadband.com.au or @aussiebb.com.au.
Disable Greylisting - Change this to NO if you would prefer stronger protection from spam emails. You can change this setting again in the future if needed.
Password - Type in a password that meets the strength requirements listed at the bottom of this page. Enter it again in Confirm Password.
Check that you've entered everything correctly, then click Create Email at the bottom of this page. It might take a minute to prcoess.
Unfortunately, if the email address you entered is already taken, an error will display. Enter a different address and try this again until you're successful.
Once your snazzy new email address has been created in our system, you will be redirected to the previous page in MyAussie.
And you're done!
Now, you can access this email account from our Aussie Broadband Webmail or by adding the account to your preferred mail app or program.
