How do I activate my new SIM card?

If you have recently purchased a mobile SIM service through Aussie Broadband and you’ve got our green envelope in your mailbox, you can start from our SIM activation page here.
To get started, you will need the SIM number as well as the Activation Code, which you can find on the inside the same envelope that your SIM card arrived in.
Once you submit your SIM card details on this page, the activation/porting process will start. When opting for a new mobile number, activation is immediate – if you’re transferring an existing number this process typically takes 2-3 hours during our porting times.
Once the activation/porting is done, we’ll shoot you an email and SMS (per your MyAussie® contact details) to confirm that your mobile SIM is ready for use!
Please note: it’s best to wait until your activation has been confirmed before physically switching the SIM cards placed in your device.
