How do I enable international roaming?

You can enable international mobile roaming (IMR) in the MyAussie app, or by speaking to our team via Live Chat or over the phone on 1300 880 905. If you're calling from overseas, please dial +61 3 5165 0000.
Note: to use IMR, Data roaming must be enabled in your mobile device's settings. Click here for Apple devices, or click here for Samsung Galaxy devices.
To enable IMR in MyAussie:
Log in to MyAussie® via the mobile app or web portal. You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Note: you can find your login details in your order confirmation email. Otherwise, select Forgot your username? or Forgot your password? on the MyAussie login page.On the Services page, select your mobile service.
The box with "International Roaming" will show IMR as enabled or disabled. Select the arrow in the top-right corner of the box.
To enable (or disable) IMR, press Enable international roaming. You can set your notification method by entering a mobile number, email, or both, and selecting Update notification preferences.
Depending on your methods, we'll send you an email or SMS confirming IMR has been enabled in MyAussie.
When you're overseas, IMR will activate as soon as you use data, make calls, or send SMS messages. We'll send you a notification confirming IMR is working shortly after.
