Call Queues – Add Ringback to a Call Queue

When creating a call queue, the option to select ringback, instead of music on hold, is given. Once the queue is created, that option is no longer available. This will outline how to add ringback if music on hold is selected at creation.

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal

  2. Navigate to Call Queues

    Add agent to call queue

  3. To the right of the queue click on the Edit MOH icon

  4. Click Add Music

  5. Click Browse to select the ringback.wav file from your computer


  6. Enter Ringback in the Song Name field

  7. Click Upload
