The following document will identify the dial permissions that determine the ability of a user to make calls based on the rules set for each permission.

Option	Description
Permit All	This will allow the user to place calls to any destination regardless of the dial pattern
Deny All	This will cause any call to be denied
Limited International	See below for list of permitted countries
US and Canada	This allows calls within the US territories and including Canadian Numbers
Extension and 911 Only	This allows calls only to extensions and 911
Emergency Only	This allows calls only to emergency services
Video Conference	This allows for video conferencing only
