Price Reductions on High Speed Tiers

High Speed Tiers

Overview

New price reductions are now in effect for Wholesale partners across a range of high speed tiers.

Aussie Broadband recently reduced pricing on several high speed tier plans.

Price reductions are now in effect for 250/100Mbps, 500/200Mbps and 1000/400Mbps plans and available for purchase via the Carbon portal.

High Speed Tiers

Wholesale partners can now take advantage of new pricing on high speed tiers.

Wholesale partners who were previously on a higher rate for both plans will be automatically migrated to the less expensive pricing.

Partners should note, the 250/25 tier is no longer available due to operational changes implemented by NBN.

Aussie Broadband is one of few vendors in Australia to offer these speed tiers to Wholesale partners and the price decrease does not impact Aussie Broadband’s ESLA.

Did you know…Our ESLA includes:

  • 24/7 onshore NBN Business Service Centre support for RSP and Business Grade technicians.

  • Flexible appointments including after-hours availability to suit customer needs.

  • 24/7 four hour enhanced service level restoration target times.

  • Proactive monitoring for 7 days after an assurance event of Fibre Connect order.

The value increase comes as part of Aussie Broadband’s commitment to leading the market in high-speed connectivity across the Wholesale and B2B sectors.
