Overview

Eligible addresses in the NBN Fixed Wireless footprint can now order high-speed plans and provide appointment preference times for NTD upgrades within Carbon.

Carbon automatically identifies eligible addresses for high-speed Fixed Wireless plans.

When a high-speed plan is selected, you can set a preferred appointment window for NBN to the install the NTD upgrade.

This simplifies the order process, reducing manual handling for partners, and helps get end customers connected fast.

Three steps for faster Fixed Wireless plans

Carbon is your easy tool for getting regional end customers connected.

Simply have ready the following information from the customer:

  1. Address
    Preferably AVC

  2. Plan
Remember to select a high-speed plan, where available

  3. Appointment time preferences
You will need to provide a range of days, and select morning and/or afternoon periods

Carbon Fixed Wireless NTD Upgrade Order with appointment preferences

Once the order is placed, our team will organise with NBN to be in contact to arrange the NTD upgrade, in-line with the preferred time windows provided.

This new capability comes after faster Fixed Wireless plans were made available last year.
