You can log a fault on your service by calling 1300 880 905 between the hours of
- 8am to Midnight Monday to Friday,
- 9am to 6pm Saturday,
- 10am to 6pm Sundays,
- Standard operating hours on public holidays (closed Christmas Day and Good Friday)
If you would like to log a fault by email you can email but please note our preferred method of fault logging is by phone.
